At CDAB we offer small classes and lots of personal attention. We know your name and guide you towards reaching your goal! I encourage you to try and attend as many classes as possible. See which classes fit you the best and find a combination that works for you. I will be glad to help you find the dance and workout program that suits your body and your schedule. Body Ballet

 

CDAB's signature class and our most popular, it's a 90-minute complete workout that incorporates exercises and strength-building techniques practiced by professional dancers to maintain their fitness. Body Ballet begins with moving the body in the cardio warm-up, developing core strength and flexibility in ballet floor barre exercises, sculpting the body in ballet barre exercises and working on posture that stays with you throughout the day. Even if you're not a dancer we help you achieve a long and lean body.

Cardio Dance

 

This dance focuses on an intense, heart-pumping workout increasing your strength and stamina. Cardio Dance works on your stamina and ends with stretches and strength exercises to round up the total workout class. With upbeat music, you'll get into shape in a laid back, non-intimidating class. Whoever you are, you'll become stronger, fitter, more confident. You'll be able to learn dance combinations faster than ever, you'll learn to have and to project confidence.  Don't worry, you'll stretch too!

 

Private/Shared Classes

A great addition to group classes ... achieve specific goals, address problem areas, or for intensive personal attention.  If you are recovering from injury or illness and hesitate to join a group class, private sessions can be a way for you to regain confidence and ability.

 

Professional Training

 

Our professional classes are for all dancers who want to work on ballet technique in a high-intensity, yet non-competitive and supportive atmosphere. Anna will help repair movement through basic exercises, address bad habits, and nourish the dancer from within. Professional, student, and professional-teacher rates are available.

Pilates - Mat and Equipment Training

 

Pilates is designed to develop core strength and a lean body line. Exercises will strengthen and tone the body's major muscle groups. Develop beautiful and strong abdominals, gluts and thighs, as well as long and lean back and arm muscles. Feel taller, stronger and more confident about your body. Our licensed instructors will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals in one-on-one or group sessions
