Floor Barre and Ballet Barre emphasize sculpting, toning, and grace, while Cardio Dance emphasizes strengthening, coordination, and flexibility. Having started out with the Cardio Dance classes and added the Body Ballet classes, Anna and Rio taught me how the two classes compliment one another beautifully for the perfect balance of workout. Now I am committed to attending each class at least once a week, and my body and mind have never looked or felt better!
