Cardio Dance PDF Print

Re-energize your workout regime with this all-in-one Cardio Dance class where dozens of stretching and strengthening exercises are fused together into a fast-paced, heart pumping dance session. In addition to building superior stamina, muscle tone and flexibility, you will also learn new dance moves to hip-hop, rock, pop and oldies music.

 

Cardio Dance Class includes:

  • Warm-up/ Toning exercises
  • Invigorating Dance session
  • Strength training- abs,arms,legs,glutes
  • Extensive stretching/ Cool down

 

This class is intense so come prepared. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring water and a small hand towel into the studio. Supportive sneakers are required.
